Wedding Pianist, Los Angeles

Wedding Pianist – Ceremony, Reception and Cocktail Hour

I was recently hired as the pianist for a wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, held at the University Club in Pasadena, CA. Weddings are magical, and it was truly an honor to be asked to perform a selection of requested music that was used for each part of the wedding ceremony. Contributing to such an important day in two people’s lives is something I cherish, and I was so happy to get the tremendous feedback I received, both for the ceremony itself, and for the music I played before and after. Many of the guests went out of their way to compliment me on the style and selection of repertoire.

Pianist, Vocalist Los Angeles. Wedding singer, private parties, corporate events, birthday partiesFor this occasion, I was asked to play a selection of classic rock, jazz and contemporary music for the cocktail hour and for the after ceremony reception before dinner was served. For the ceremony itself, I played “Iris” by the Goo Goo Dolls, “Thousand Years” by Christina Perri, “Hallelujah” by Leonard Cohen, and “So Happy Together” by the Turtles. Such a perfect selection of music for a lovely young couple.

I was so happy to receive a 5 star Yelp review from the lovely couple who hired me!
