The solo piano vocalist, rock keyboardist and bass player! Exciting events to kick off the summer started with Father’s singing for residents of a Senior Living facility as well as at a church Sunday Service, followed up by several performances around the Los Angeles area playing classic rock & oldies, jazz standards and contemporary hits. There’s Larsen’s Valencia playing their stylish Yamaha baby grand piano, the rock quartet gig in Whittier, and several more Sunday Services.
I enjoyed a special outdoor cafe gig with my good friends, Pierce, John Eberhard, Karl D’Amico (guitarist for Missing Persons) and Roman Sirwinski, with me on electronic keyboards.
Two different performances on the 4th of July kicked off a very exciting day for me, both singing and playing piano at new Senior Living facilities, one down in Culver City and the other in Burbank. It was great fun giving some magic and patriotic music to some valued veterans and their families!
This summer also sees me picking up my electric bass guitar for a series of private events for audiences of about 2000 people each, which is great fun and has also let people in on the “secret” that I’m a bass player. These gigs are a hoot for me, performing modern contemporary hits with a great group of talented musicians and singers!
There’s lots more summer magic happening with continued gigs playing bass and upcoming events. Lot’s more electric bass gigs, more Steakhouses, and how about some wedding singer gigs? I’m booking several months ahead, but also have dates open. I love doing two or three performances in a day, so please let me know what you need and we’ll work out the details!
