Live piano and vocal performance of great music creates a very wonderful effect on people. I discover this over and over when I play for people in different situations.
Last week I was the singing pianist for a private birthday party in the West Valley. It was a very special occasion and the wonderful lady who hired me said it was the happiest day of her life!! I cannot express in words how wonderful it feels to be able to contribute to someone’s life in such a special way.
Over the last several weeks, I’ve performed at 5 Star restaurants, such as Larsen’s Valencia and the Olive Terrace, Amazing venues such as Trump National Golf Club, and a large number of Senior Assisted Living facilities, where I perform for amazing people who have shaped the world we live in.
Music is my life. And playing live solo piano, either instrumentally or with vocals, is a very special party of music performance that I love to bring to as many people as I can.
In the coming weeks, I have a TON of exciting gigs. This Saturday I’ll be heading up a rock band, playing electronic keyboards and piano for the opening of a huge private event, and I have three separate gigs on Mother’s Day!
In a couple of weeks I’ll be guest keyboardist for a new recording artist called Sofya Wang – she is AWESOME and the music has an infectious beat with an innovative pop-electronica sound.
I’ll have done over 20 gigs just in the month of May alone!
Music is magic!
