The hands of a professional pianist sparked the interest of a casting director, and BOOM – I’m asked to appear on TV as a contestant in ABC’s “To Tell The Truth”!  It was a hoot!!!  I was faced by a panel of VERY smart celebrities – Ashley Graham, Jenna Elfman, Donald Faison, and Alex Trebek, who asked AMAZING questions trying to “unmask” the REAL identity of “THING” from the “Adams Family” movies.  The show aired on June 24th, 2018.  (Spoiler Alert – I’m NOT the person who’s hand appeared as “THING”.  But you probably already guessed that.

This was a great experience – the show is VERY silly and hysterically funny!!!

It was an honor to get to work along side Christopher Hart, who IS ‘THING” in the “Adams Family” movies.  He’s a fabulous magician who has been touring all over the world and is a super friendly person on top of being AMAZING! Chris had tons of stories he told us about all his adventures on the set of each of the “Adams Family” movies, so we would have ammunition to use to try to stump the celebrity panel as they prodded us with questions trying to see who was lying and who was telling the truth!

Also, I had the greatest time getting to “fence” with one of my favorite actors – Jenna Elfman.  She is REALLLLY smart!  I couldn’t believe the questions she was asking – really technical stuff!  Well, we were disappointed that we didn’t stump our celebrity panel, but it was a great experience and I look forward to doing more TV appearance work of this type in the future!
